Just got mine back where I could measure it. My24V .222/20ga shotgun pin measures .091 and rifle pin measures .055. Hope this helps.

So I got the parts, and finally got around to installing. I was way over thinking this, as the problem seems to be the shotgun firing pin had been peened over where the hammer strikes. Replacing the firing pin was an easy and quick fix, although I do believe the Remington heavy dove shells are partially to blame. Only 1 out of 3 of my previous light strikes fired with the new firing pin. The other two were duds. All the Federal target loads ran 100%, as well as a few Remington Sluggers. Now if I could just hit what I'm aiming at......Started to put rounds on paper but didn't have enough light/time to really bag the gun and see where POA/POI are in relation.
Thanks, for all the input everyone.

Here it is Next project will be refinishing the stock, though I kinda like the beater look....the metal is all at least 90% but the stock took a beating. Also plan to add a Skinner peep, and a Loganboone ammo cuff (did you get your leather yet?).
