Most editions of "Rifle" magazine have a custom rifle featured and some of the craftsmen there my be what you need. Google "custom stock maker" and you'll find some that would semi-inlet your gun, allowing you to finish it. At best, though, you're looking at $50-$75/hour.
Moisture in your stock blanks may be an issue. I assume from your greeting that you're in Hawaii. That means, probably, that your blanks have lots more moisture than if you were in, say, my town (the west side of the Cascades, Pac NW) and even more than if your stocks were sitting 60 miles east of me on Washington's dry side. Any reputable stock maker would probably insist that your blanks sit for an extensive period of time in his shop before attempting any slicing and dicing.
Good luck!
