Hi there, I do understand that its not a true Savage 24, but it is a good copy :-). Seeing that there seem to be other member on here who also have them i would like to share the following I own one a 22lr/410 (And am looking at purchasing a 22mag/410) and did my best to find all the information I could but not much is available. Below is some photos of a catalog and parts diagram I manage to find by doing google search work in Spanish with the help of google translate. If any one knows anything more please let me know. Where in heck would you get such an animal? Are they currently available, and if so, WHERE?

Hello all,
here over in Europe, they are quite often for sale for quite low prices. It looks like the Atlas is not that heavy then the Savage 24.
I do have a small issue with one (22mag/20) - I am missing the selector (including spring and plunger). Savage parts are still available, but which kind of part to order? If I look at Gunrich, they have just one style of selector - Poppers says, pls spezify type... I am a little bit confused. Next problem is the spring and the plunger. Here it seems that there are several versions existing.
It would be great if you could help me out of this situation with your knowledge!

Which version of Savage 24 would you specify to be as close as possible to the Atlas?

The diagram of the Atlas gun posted above is the only thing I have to go by because I have never seen a real one. Looking at that diagram, it shows the barrel selector on the hammer. I don't know if they ever made it with the selector on the side, but according to your description and problem, it sounds like they did. So you need to get several good close up photos of your gun showing as much detail as you can so we can have something to try to figure out what you need.

I love stories that end well. GREAT to hear that and now you have a neat combo gun. All the best to you.
