My 24V series C (also .222/20ga 3") mics out to a modified choke. .603" ID at the muzzle.

My chart list full @.592; mod @ .603 and imp cyc @ .611 for 20 ga. Full cyc is listed as .617. I think there is a lot of flexibility in defining exact choke restriction. Ive always found it best to shoot and pattern the gun and see if it does what I want, then go from there.

Update: I measured bore 5 times in different places and did that 3 times average was .598 - .601 each of the 3 times I did it. Basically.600 would be what I would call it.

Thought the 20's were all Mod, except for the Campers that were Cylinder bore. But all this stuff is long forgotten on my part.

I believe Your correct, from my research it seems that modified was the norm for the 20's.
