I luckily had an arrow in the back seat of my truck and dropped it down my barrel to knock out the fired hull. Any tips for this not to happen again. It was my 3 rd round firing it with the 12 gauge. Didn’t happen again after another half dozen rounds. I was using either cheap Winchester or federal trap loads. I’d hate to have that happen when I’m hunting and need another round fast! I need to find a turkey choke and predator choke for it now. Kicks gobbling thunder .670 works great in my Berettas.

It may have been nothing more than a dirty chamber. My 1st look would be cleaning it out very well, using an old sock inserted and spinning. Polishes it out when done tightly.
Good luck and happy hunting !

Cheap Winchester ammo with steel case heads would do it for sure. They tie up pump guns and semi autos.
