I received a 24h-dl in a trade not sure what i have it has a fox on one side and a turkey on the other side. 22 mag on top and 20ga on bottom. Only problem is this one has a screw in full choke. Not sure if this is a real 24h or maybe I have a fake. The gun looks and feel old. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Later models had screw in chokes. Reading on the net says Winchester type.
I have no real clue if the Win part is true or not.

The F version in 12gauge had screw in chokes and apparently Winkmans cross-over V model too. But if it's an H-DL I'm under the impression that it must be an aftermarket Choke installation.

Interesting that they went back to fixed chokes.

Yes that's why I'm so confused. Gun looks stock. Barrel looks to match everything else. Thanks for the info
