What kind of scope set ups, do people use to accurately shot the .223 / 12gauge?

Was a butt pad made for the .223 / 12 gauge that stored extra rounds like the camp models? If so, where can I get one?

I see a lot of members have looked at your post, but.....! To answer your question, I've never seen such a device, nor, apparently, has anyone else.
I've contemplated building one. It would mean taking another butt plate, cutting out a door, attaching a hinge, then hollowing out the stock, etc., etc. I decided it was too much of an effort for the purpose.
Then loganboone solved the issue, at least in my mind, when he began making his skookum cartridge holders, which are available at a good price, done with great craftsmanship and look pretty spiffy when done. Plus, his holders will hold more ammo than a butt-plate carrier would, so it's more useful as well.
FWIW, I've always stuck a couple of .410 shells and some .22 ammo into the butt screw hole (not as vulgar as it sounds), along with a card with my name and address. Then screwed the buttplate back on. Not that handy, but it's always there.....

I've been called alot of things, but I've never been "skookumed".... Thanks, that's big medicine for you pacific northwest folks, from what I gather. Making a trapdoor for the synthetic stocks would be tricky. I've made one for my Win.94 and my 24V .223/20 and it takes alot of patience and fitting.

I'm not even going to guess what Wiki says about skookum. But, yeah, it's big medicine, or (2nd definition, at least in my peer group) pretty good stuff.
So your cartridge holders are pretty good stuff (and in the PacNW), that's high praise.
