Sort of... Savage made a rust resistant stainless(?) model for the marine/boat/shark fishing market which was chambered in .357 Remington Maximum Which will also shoot .357 mag and .38 Special. About 20 years ago Numrich Arms liquidated their barrel over runs for $40. It fits the 24V and perhaps other later center fire M24 rifle combos.
This cartridge was developed originally for a Dan Wesson revolver but it was prone to barrel throat erosion. I believe a few more rifles/ carbines were chambered in .357 Max. The .357 Max cases are a bit rare but Remington makes a run of them about once a year or so, I am told. It is a surprisingly flat shooter especially hand loaded with a ballistic tipped spitzers. Being handfed/single shot, you don't have to worry about tube magazine round nose restrictions.

There are both 357 Magnum/20ga and 357 Maximum/20ga 24V's out there. They are one of the more rare combination.
The silver 24's you see are electroless nickel plated, though there is at least one (maybe more) stainless steel R&D marked 24 out there.
