Hello folks, I sure could use your help.
I have an older rifle "Stevens model 22/410 Savage arms corp" with no serial number (pre-68?) Tanite plastic stocks.
The side selector switch is in place, but the transfer bar is broken off and flopping around on the inside.
Also the 22 firing pin is broken, ....I think..... as pressing it where the hammer strikes does not protrude anything out of the firing pin hole.
The action seems tight and other than a bent and loose, front sight and missing rear sight It SEEMS repairable.
Other than the exploded drawings is there any youtube, or repair guide that I can find to replace these parts myself.
The rifle is worn and probably not worth much, but I would like to get it fixed if that seems like a sane objective.
Please advise.
Thank you in advance.
Dave

Didnt watch the video, but in order to replace the transfer bar selector you will need to strip all the major parts out of the gun-hammer, barrel release, etc. Think the firing pins can stay in.
