Got my first 24 today, an S model 22 mag / 20 guage. I found the scope mounts on the in the old posts but who makes sling mounts? Does someone make a buttstock ammo holder that holds 20 guage & 22 shells? Do I need a shotgun scope or will a rifle scope hold up? Does all 22 mag ammo shoot about the same or does the 24 like one particular type? I am so happy, I just wish squirrel season was still in.

If you want a butt stock holder for 2 diff.types of ammo you'll have to do what I did--modify an existing one--I started witha shot shell holder and re-sewed it to accept center fire shells.
Maybe you can get a 22 shell strip (like from a 22 ammo belt) and and marry it to a shot shell holder
Shoe repair shops can sew leather

Thanks guys I guess the ammo holder will have to be a custom job. I never thought of using a shoe shop though. I test fired it today, cant wait to get in the woods, turkey season opens in 6 weeks!!!!

I haven't figured out how to insert images yet, but I make mixed ammo shell cuffs for my savages out of leather. I will try to post a tutorial, or would being willing to make custom orders, once I can get some photos up. I can do any gauge/caliber combination.
