New guy here, in the past 2 years I have become the owner of a savage 24 30/30 over 12 ga. It has black synthetic furniture, the 12 ga. has screw in choke tubes. My most recent purchase is a Savage 24 S A, it's in good shape but has a lot of miles on it. The rear sight is completely missing and I'm finding Nummrichs a little confusing, I'd like some advise so I get the correct sight and elevator on the first try. Mine has 2 dovetail grooves where the rear sight was. Also under the fore end the back screw hole is cracked though on the hosing spring. Thanks in advance, I hope to learn from ya'll.
